Conducting institutions
The chairpersons are responsible for ensuring the democratic process and compliance with the code of conduct in the Student Council and all its bodies. They therefore have statutory access to all meetings, closed items and processes in all committees and bodies of the Student Council.
It is the duty of the governing body to interpret, safeguard and ensure compliance with the articles of association; the right to interpret the articles of association lies solely and undisputedly with the governing body by virtue of the articles of association.
They facilitate the Joint Council meetings through the distribution of the agenda and appendices as well as the planning and holding of the meetings. The chairing institution also handles the admission and expulsion process of professional councils in the Joint Council.
