Who are we?

Studenterlinjen is an organization founded by Students from Aarhus University. We wish to make use of each other’s support and experiences across different studies to help with some of the challenges many students meet. Studenterlinjen is run by volunteers who themselves are students and who have received training in communication and topics like stress, depression, anxiety and loneliness. However, no topic or challenge is too small! No matter what you are dealing with, it can be nice and helpful to tell someone who has the time to help and listen. Studenterlinjen is supported by Aarhus University and the Student Council at Aarhus University.

What do we offer?

Studenterlinjen offer conversations and support to fellow students in Aarhus. You can either call us or start a chat conversation during the evening hours on regular weekdays – you do not have to book in advance! All conversations are informal and anonymous why you can feel completely safe to reach out. Even though our volunteers are trained well to deal with all kinds of enquiries, we are not professionals and do not practice any kinds of therapy. Our primary goal is to listen to our fellow students and help them create an overview or see things from another perspective. In addition, we are able to refer students to multiple professional resources including support groups, therapy, apps, websites etc.
